CUSTOMER GUARANTEE

At Chelsea Fine Stationery we are committed to offering you the highest level of service. We take pride in the quality of our products and our policy is to ensure that all products supplied are delivered in perfect condition.

If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, please return it with proof of purchase within 30 days from receipt and we will arrange for an immediate exchange or refund. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on items that have been personalised. However, if we have made an error in fulfilling your personalised order, we will promptly correct or replace the items at no cost to you, or you may choose to keep the order as is and receive a refund or credit note for a portion of the original price paid. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

MAKING A PURCHASE

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and American Express cards. Orders are charged on receipt of order.

PRICING

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Prices shown are correct at the time of publication. Prices shown in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of 20% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

If a pricing change has occurred, we will notify customers about the changes and customers will have the right to cancel the order, or a portion of the order, should they choose to do so.

We will endeavour to keep the site fully updated with new products and remove old ones. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you with the option of waiting for the product to become available or be given a full refund for the product which is unavailable.

SECURITY

Security of your personal information is a primary concern and make every effort to ensure our transaction process is safe and your personal information secure. Chelsea Fine Stationery’s online payments are processed by Sage Pay, who are audited by an independent auditor on a regular basis to ensure that they comply with the latest security standards set out by MasterCard and Visa. With Sage Pay, please locate and click on the padlock image which can be found on our payment pages to confirm that your details are collected in a secure environment. The padlock is located in a different area of the payment page screen depending on the internet browser you are using – it can normally be found in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, at the top of the screen next to (or inside) the address bar or at the very top right-hand corner of the screen. This padlock shows that your details are collected using 128-bit SSL technology.

Once you have entered your card details, Sage Pay will securely send these details to the bank to be authorised. Chelsea Fine Stationery does not store credit card details on its systems.

We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer in the event a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

DELIVERY

UK orders are posted by Royal Mail or by courier which requires a signature on delivery, for this reason, it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address.

Please allow four working days for the delivery of non-personalised items. For personalised goods, delivery time is between 10 and 14 working days from the time a proof is approved unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery to other areas (including overseas) will be sent via Royal Mail, Recorded Signed For and costs will use a weight / size calculation. We reserve the right to change delivery costs and method of postage at any time.

RETURNS

Non-personalised goods may be returned within 30 days from receipt and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding outgoing and return postage costs, providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your responsibility until we have received them.

In the event that the goods are not in re-saleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund.

PRODUCT NOTES

Name & Address Details

Depending on the lettering style selected, names will be printed in all UPPER case or both UPPER and lower cases. Please refer to the notes accompanying the lettering style of choice.

Layout & Proof

Your stationery will be printed following the layout picked by you. Chelsea Fine Stationery will space and set printing to ensure the most attractive finished product. Our process allows for one complimentary black and white proofs for you to review. There after each additional proof will charged at £15 per proof.

On-screen Representation

Whilst Chelsea Fine Stationery will make every effort to accurately illustrate paper, card and ink colours, reproduction on your computer screen may vary from actual product. Chelsea Fine Stationery takes no responsibility for such variations from the actual product.

Changes to the order

Once a proof has been approved any amendments to your order that require a new proof will incur a minimum charge of £15. Chelsea Fine Stationery will not accept any responsibility for errors on proofs which have been signed as correct.

Cancellation

If, for any reason, you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. If work on the item has not been started then we will be able to offer a refund. If work has begun on your order then you will be you will be responsible for the costs of all work completed up until the point of cancellation, with the minimum charge being £25. Once a proof has been approved for printing, we will not be able to refund any portion of your payment.
